How do I get notified of updates on the sale of my home?
Answer:
1. In addition to receiving email notifications, you can view any updates on your home within Openn by selecting the mail icon in the top right corner next to your profile picture (or initials), as illustrated below.
2. Once you are in the Messages tab, you'll be able to scroll through each message. The messages in your inbox pertain to any negotiation updates, such as when an offer has been submitted or when an offer was updated.
