This article explains what to do if you forget your password and how to reset it to regain access to your account.
NOTE: These steps are NOT for REALTORS®, updating your password or resetting it must be done through Realtor.ca or your local MLS® System.

What if I forgot my password?
Answer:
1. Select Forgot Password on the Login screen.
2. Enter your email and click Submit.
3. Open the email and select click here to reset your password.
4. Enter your new password twice and select Submit.
5. Your password has been updated! From here you'll be redirected to the login page to sign in with your new password.
