How do I compare offers as a listing agent?
Answer:
1. From the Offers tab on the Property Details page, click on Compare Offers.
2. Choose the offers you would like to compare, and then click Comp
are Offers at the bottom of the screen.
3. From here, you'll see a side-by-side comparison of the offers selected. Click Save Presentation to save the presentation to your device and easily share it with your sellers.
Note: You may take action on an offer by selecting "Accept", "Reject", or "Counter". You also have the option to leave a note or edit it for your seller(s). Click HERE to learn more about adding notes for your seller(s).
